Watkins was established in 1995. Their center is to expand their consumer relations and offer great architectural examine. Their personnel understand commercial, religious, industrial and other assets to meet the necessary needs. Watkins offers design services that include evaluating potential credits and pre-requisites for feasibility in the LEED program, researching LEED compliant materials and design strategies, and providing additional drawings and specifications for LEED. As part of the LEED and Sustainability aspects of the company, there are six categories for its credits. Their documentation services include coordinating contractor, architectural and engineering LEED documentation and construction submittals, completing all LEED online templates, and generating and uploading supporting documentation. The LEED has four certification levels which are Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Certified. It also has nine rating systems that include LEED for New Construction, LEED for Core & Shell, LEED for Commercial Interiors, LEED for Existing Building: Operations & Maintenance, LEED for Homes, LEED for Schools, LEED for Neighborhood Development, LEED for Retail, and LEED for Healthcare.
