High Demand for Japan 2019 Rugby Tickets and Tour Packages A Year Out of World Cup

The upcoming 2019 international rugby tournament in Japan is seeing high demand from fans all over the world as Supporters’ Club/Front Row priority ballots for official tickets closed late last month.

To date, Rugby World Cup™ 2019 has received 2.5 million ticket applications across all ballot phases, with the priority ballot phase receiving close to 900,000 ticket applications within a 5-week period.

First general ticket sales will be the next ticket-selling phase, with applications opening on the 19th of September, Wednesday, lasting until the 12th of November, Monday. Ticket purchases for first general ticket sales will also be decided by ballot, while second general ticket sales early next year will be sold at a first-come-first-served basis.
